About the Position At Perido, we're now looking for an administrator for our client, a Swedish government agency. The position is located in Söderhamn. In this role, your work tasks may include: Producing and releasing information from physical archives, historical collections, etc. Organizing and cataloging archives Preparing archive reports, creating information management plans, making assessments regarding the content of documents for what must be preserved and what can be destroyed, and how documents should be stored Participating in developing guidelines and governing documents for internal archive work Your Qualities We believe that to thrive and succeed in this role, you're a thorough and well-organized person who enjoys creating order. Alternatively, at least three (3) years of work experience in administrative work Practical experience in government operations Knowledge of MS Office or equivalent knowledge of document and case management systems (for example, Public360, W3D3, Platina, Iipax One Visual Arkiv, etc.) Familiarity with laws and regulations governing government operations Able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Scope and Start Date Full-time, consulting assignment for approximately 2 months, at most until 2026-12-31.
