JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an administrator, you're responsible for student and operations administration – you're an important support for students, teachers, academic/career counselors, and school leadership. You'll have a varied role combining administration and service with follow-up, financial administration, and development of administrative procedures. You work close to the operations and contribute to ensuring daily administration runs in a structured, legally sound, and efficient manner. In the role, you're responsible for registration, admissions, course starts, and handling study interruptions. You administer grades, certificates, and other student-related documentation, and manage archiving and structured document handling. The role also involves coordinating and liaising with various functions within the organization to ensure administrative processes work effectively and correctly. You also work with statistics, follow-up and reporting, as well as financial administrative tasks such as invoice handling, accounting entries, reconciliations, and basic financial follow-up. You also contribute to quality assurance and development of administrative procedures, focusing on structure, efficiency, and good service. QUALIFICATIONS • Upper secondary education, preferably with an administrative or financial focus. • Experience in administrative work. • Strong skills in Microsoft, particularly Excel. • You work according to clear processes. DUTIES We welcome nurses, with or without further specialization, to apply for a position with us in municipal primary care in Mark. As a nurse in municipal primary care, you have patient responsibility and work with supervision and teamwork. The work is independent and varied, with great opportunities to influence and develop care together with your team. In municipal primary care, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, and nursing assistants with HSL specialization also work. In your daily work, you plan, implement, and follow up care interventions for patients with varying care needs together with the team around the patient. You meet patients in both care and residential facilities and in ordinary housing. In the operation there are several groups and functions for nurses, including within social psychiatry and disability support, as well as support functions such as senior nurses, administration, training, etc. We provide care 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Work is mainly scheduled during daytime, but evening and weekend shifts occur regularly based on operational needs. Currently, you work two out of twelve weekends and approximately one evening every other week, based on a 12-week schedule. Night shifts are staffed by a dedicated group of nurses. As a new employee, you receive an individually tailored introduction. We also have a group of senior nurses who, together with other colleagues, provide support during your introduction.
