Your Work Tasks What roles are we looking for? Right now we're recruiting personnel for the following five areas: * 1. CNC Operators - Work Tasks: You program, set up, and operate CNC machines. The role also includes regular machine maintenance and ensuring the highest quality of processed products. - Qualifications: We're looking for someone with CNC machining experience. You have good blueprint reading skills, can handle measuring tools, and stand out for your precision and problem-solving abilities. * 2. Machine Operators - Work Tasks: You monitor, control, and optimize machines in the production line. You also perform regular quality checks and basic maintenance work. - Qualifications: You have machine operation experience and good technical understanding. Driver's License and Other Certificates: To get to and between our assignments, you need to have a Class B driver's license. Forklift certification is required. Machine Operator for Manufacturing Client
About the Position We are now recruiting machine operators for both ongoing and upcoming assignments with our client in Piteå. As a consultant with our client, you will have varying work days with different tasks depending on the department. Common to all roles is that precision, responsibility, and a strong sense of quality are essential. Work tasks may include setting up, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment, as well as ensuring product quality by identifying and addressing any deviations. Bridge crane operation is also part of the work tasks. This is a full-time consulting assignment with a 6-month probationary period, but with the possibility of a permanent position for the right person. Working hours are shift-based. Common shift patterns are 3-shift, 4-shift, and 5-shift rotations. Day shifts may also occur, for example during the training period. About You We are looking for someone who is responsible, quality-conscious, and has a genuine interest in the industry. You thrive working toward shared goals, but also have the ability to take your own initiatives and drive your work forward with structure and precision. Good collaboration skills and communication abilities are highly valued, as is your willingness to develop and learn new things. Additionally, you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
