When you submit your application, you'll answer a few selection questions. We don't accept CVs or cover letters, so it's important that you answer the questions thoroughly. After submitting your application, you'll receive a test via email. It's a service test to give us a picture of how you handle different situations that might come up during a day at MAX. It takes a maximum of 15 minutes to complete and also gives you an idea of what it's like to work at MAX and what you can expect. Once you've completed the test, we'll review your application and get back to you as soon as possible. We review applications on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Please note that the service test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process and we won't move forward with candidates who don't complete it.
