About the Position In the role of Automation Electrician at Skruf Snus, you will work with all equipment throughout the entire production flow. You will perform planned electrical maintenance on equipment in collaboration with the maintenance department, as well as reactive maintenance when needed. You will be part of a new group of electricians that organizationally falls under Technical Services, and will work closely with the factory's mechanics and technicians, where you will also participate in various projects ranging from capacity improvements, quality improvements, to safety or cost-saving initiatives. The role includes responsibilities such as: Perform planned electrical maintenance according to schedule. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems in the machinery during your work shift. Collaborate with others in your department to achieve strategically set goals. Contribute to continuous development of the machinery in your area. Follow applicable safety procedures and contribute to a safer workplace. Ensure that 5S standards are always maintained within your areas of responsibility. Lead or participate in electrical-related projects. Your Profile As an Automation Electrician, you need to be driven, structured, and responsive. In the role, you will also work closely with large parts of the organization, which means you need to appreciate collaborating with different people and departments. For the role of Automation Electrician, you must also: Be able to communicate in Swedish easily, both in writing and verbally. Have documented experience in a similar role. Have a positive attitude and be willing to work on continuous improvements. Be able to work both independently and in a team without difficulty. Have experience with electrical work in a production facility. Desirable: Experience working in the tobacco industry (minimum within the food industry) Documented training in machine safety such as CSME, CECE or equivalent. Documented training in BAM. Other electrical safety certifications.
