Formal Qualifications At least 120 higher education credits (80 points according to the previous system) or equivalent credits from a university of applied sciences in a relevant area, such as working life, organizational development, personnel science or business economics. You also have two years of work experience from the last five years. Alternatively At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with a passing result. You should then have at least three years of relevant work experience from the last five years. You could, for example, have worked with recruitment, staffing, career guidance, management with personnel responsibility, or transition. Personal Qualities You are results-oriented.
