Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional for the position of Restaurant Manager, who will take on responsibility for the overall functioning of the restaurant and will have a direct impact on its daily operations and future development. In this role, you will be in direct communication with company owners and will have broad scope for independent decision-making, implementing your own ideas, and actively contributing to improving the restaurant's operations. We are looking for someone who wants to have a real impact on their work results and the opportunity to elevate the restaurant to a higher level. Your main responsibilities will include leading and coordinating the staff, organizing shifts, overseeing service quality, and ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations. You will actively communicate with customers, address operational situations, and maintain a high level of customer service so that guests want to return. This position also includes planning operations, ordering supplies and inventory, controlling stock levels, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring that the restaurant is always prepared to operate without complications. It is important to have the ability to efficiently organize team work, establish functional processes, and promptly address daily situations that restaurant operations bring.
