Your main responsibilities will include leading and coordinating the staff, organizing shifts, overseeing service quality, and ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations. This position also includes planning operations, ordering supplies and inventory, controlling stock levels, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring that the restaurant is always prepared to operate without complications.
