Responsibilities: Perform oral and written translations between Latvian–Russian and Russian–Latvian as provided for in the Criminal Procedure Law; Organize receipt of oral and written translations from an external service provider for persons with hearing disabilities, foreigners, and detainees who are not foreigners but do not understand Latvian as provided for in the Criminal Procedure Law; Accept and issue cash in a strictly defined manner and only for purposes specified in documents, enter cash receipts and expenditures in the resource management system "Horizon"; Issue personal money account cards to detainees (for shopping in the store), entering them in the resource management system "Horizon".
