Key Responsibilities: •Distribute medications to individual clients according to family doctor prescriptions; •Perform necessary medical procedures – administer prescribed medications enterally (orally), parenterally, or intravenously; •Collect precise blood, urine, and other samples for laboratory testing and ensure their preparation for transport; •Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other medical procedures; •Record daily medical procedures, including medication administration, in client prescription sheets; •Prepare prescription sheets for the current month at the beginning of each month; •Issue positioning and fluid intake sheets to care staff for mobility-limited clients and monitor task completion; •Process and disinfect medical instruments following client contamination.
