Job Description: Within the context of preparation, awarding, and monitoring of public procurement contracts for which you serve as guarantor according to the procurement schedule. You will professionally manage assigned operational centers, maintain operational records concerning basic data of these centers. You will coordinate the activities of operational centers and the operations department. You are responsible for the material correctness of the definition of the procurement contract subject matter and implementation of contracts within the timeframes set in the procurement schedule. You will monitor contract performance. You will ensure efficient use of financial and material resources at assigned operational centers. You are responsible for proper use of financial resources and fulfillment of maintenance and repair plan activities at assigned operational centers. You will participate in acceptance and final inspections of construction projects, handle complaints, etc. You will perform expert assessments and cost estimates when determining damages and scope of emergencies, professionally determine methods of their remediation, and establish initial measures to prevent further damage. Description of work activities: Responsibility for the preparation and implementation of assigned construction projects included in the MO budget financing program (hereinafter referred to as construction investment projects), including proposals for financing methods, project preparation, proposals for resolving property rights relationships and technical-economic requirements, preparation of cost estimates and plans for preparatory survey, project and implementation work, selection and coordination of contractors and other project participants, preparation, conclusion and implementation of contract amendments, verification and ensuring completeness of investment documentation, supervision of the progress of implementation of these projects, work acceptance, preparation of records and protocols on project handover, ensuring correction of deficiencies during their implementation, all in accordance with applicable legal regulations, technical standards and internal MO regulations within the scope of AHNM authority, in particular the conditions set by the management documentation of individual projects. Exercising technical supervision of the investor in assigned construction investment projects. Management of the process of input, inter-operational and final inspection by the client on the most structurally and technologically demanding projects, ensuring coordination of contractors and other participants in these projects. Start date negotiable.
