Channel Field Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with sales channel leadership to define regional priorities, target customers, and required marketing impact on business opportunities and revenue generated by partners. • Manage and execute regional marketing plans for sales channels supporting strategic growth objectives, including partner activation, demand generation, and customer account development. • Identify and activate high-potential opportunities, including engaging inactive or dormant customer accounts and executing campaigns focused on their re-engagement. • Execute localized campaigns targeting the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment, effectively leveraging global content and adapting it to regional needs and partner requirements. • Collaborate with Channel Sales, Global Industry Planning, and regional (Zone) teams to align investment priorities and select programs with the highest return on investment (ROI). • Ensure that marketing programs translate into real business opportunities for partners. • Serve as the primary point of contact for the partner enablement team and proactively coordinate and communicate regional marketing campaign execution activities (e.g., events, live webinars) to enable partners to engage effectively, repurpose content, and amplify reach. • Responsible for tracking performance across the entire demand generation process, including partner-led business opportunities, their progression, and conversions. • Provide regional insights regarding sales channels and represent the voice of the region to content creation teams and central teams. • Collaborate with data and content teams to optimize targeting, investments, and campaign efficiency and ensure seamless communication of regional marketing activities to partners for maximum impact. • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and visibility into plans and achieved results. Required Skills and Capabilities • Strong knowledge of channel marketing and demand generation through partners. • Ability to translate business priorities into actionable marketing programs. • Experience collaborating across regional teams, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, including demonstrated ability to bridge communication between internal delivery teams and the partner ecosystem. • Analytical thinking and ability to use data to support decision-making. • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder influence capabilities, particularly when coordinating complex marketing initiatives across internal teams and external partners. • Ability to work proactively and independently.
