Assistant Coordinators

Main Responsibilities: Process all incoming and outgoing communications related to assistance. This communication may take place with policyholders, medical and technical providers, agents, customers, and other Euro-Center branches. Register all communications and take steps necessary to provide assistance (Globo, Outlook, Genesys - telephone system, and others) Record and modify reservations for required services as needed, within the allowed financial limit. Adequately coordinate all logistical measures at local and international levels. Collaborate with the medical team according to Euro-Center's escalation process. Have good knowledge of all products and be able to quickly and efficiently verify the insurance conditions required for a given case. For ongoing cases, it is important to understand the available provider network and identify preferred providers in various countries. Comply with insurance company instructions and Service Level Agreements (SLA) according to Euro-Center regulations and GDPR guidelines. Work closely with more experienced colleagues (senior coordinator, team leader). Perform additional functions related to assistance center operations upon request from AC and EC management.
