Key Responsibilities • Building organizational engagement in the CEE region for Opella's growing portfolio of leading brands. • Creating and managing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial metrics with accuracy and strategic foresight in collaboration with country leadership teams. • Overseeing careful brand financial management, including sales growth, operating cost optimization, and profit improvement. • Responsible for brand building (brand strategy - positioning and long-term planning, brand planning, communication and media strategy, innovation strategy) for assigned countries and brands. • Responsible for comprehensive brand activation across the entire consumer journey, enabling consumers to take their health into their own hands. Directs seamless operational execution across all markets and ensures brand consistency and excellence. Collaborates on healthcare professional (HCP) engagement strategy and e-commerce, and is accountable for investments and materials supporting its execution. • Monitors and drives brand performance to ensure achievement of category KPIs in sales (sell-in/sell-out), profitability (ROI), and innovation (sales growth). • Anticipates and manages opportunities and risks to ensure business objectives are achieved. • Contributes to developing future managers within your team and inspires growth across the organization. Requirements • University degree in Commerce or Marketing. • Strong marketing experience in recognized OTC/FMCG companies at national and/or regional level with demonstrated results in significant business growth and brand building (measured by market share growth and brand equity growth). • Strong track record in both strategic and operational marketing as well as innovation. • Appreciation for creativity and ability to build effective relationships with creative agencies. • Strong leadership capabilities (experience managing teams including direct reports, cross-functional teams, and effective cross-cultural leadership). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to function and influence in a diverse and complex matrix environment, and ability to build sustainable relationships within the organization and with external stakeholders. • Experience with effective cross-functional collaboration, such as with supply chain, business development, market research, medical, and regulatory departments. • Fluent English
