Contact: Alena Kovalová, email: [email protected] Basic job description: Lead and develop supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring and support key suppliers in achieving industrial excellence standards. Track metrics and quality improvement plans with the goal of addressing problem areas. Review and approve quality plans, investigate quality deficiencies with the goal of providing root cause analysis and ensuring implementation of effective corrective actions. Mentor suppliers in the use of quality tools and requirements. Ensure regulatory compliance and, where necessary, enforce improvement plans. Review documentation and monitor supplier procedures to determine whether proper manufacturing and inspection procedures are in place. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college. Knowledge of quality management systems (principles, procedures and supporting tools/systems). Previous experience in quality, manufacturing, shop floor operations, materials or sourcing. Fluent English, optionally also Italian. Work visa required in accordance with local regulations. Required qualities: Experience with manufacturing quality Solid knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems Highly collaborative and team-oriented individual Lean Six Sigma training Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects simultaneously Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to influence others and small teams Annual bonus.
