How will you help us? • You will be part of our operations team and will participate in planning, organizing, and implementing educational and internship programs in Prague (and possibly other cities such as Berlin or others). • You will help create schedules for the educational portion of programs, communicate with instructors, and coordinate lectures. • You will coordinate internships for our students at partner companies. • You will assist participants with their stay in Prague (e.g., arrival, airport transportation, resolving potential issues, etc.). • You will participate in preparing classrooms for instruction and other tasks necessary for smooth program operation. • You will help with back office administration (e.g., invoices, receipts, ad hoc administrative tasks, etc.).
