IT Service Technician - Junior
IT WITHOUT HASSLE AND WITH A HUMAN TOUCH. That's exactly what we offer our clients. You don't need to know everything. All that matters is that you enjoy IT, want to learn, and have the drive to help people get their technology working. Do you enjoy figuring out why something isn't working? Are you careful, reliable, and don't give up when you don't immediately have the answer? Can you talk to people calmly and clearly—even those for whom a computer is a black box? Then come grow with us. What will you do with us? First-line technical support: You receive requests from users and solve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues—and gradually take on more complex requests. Customer communication: Every day you're in contact with real people—in person, by phone, or remotely. Calm and willingness matter more here than technical jargon. Device installation and management: You help with computer, printer, and equipment rollouts, handle updates and basic maintenance. Microsoft 365 and user accounts: You set up accounts, manage access, and help users with Outlook, Teams, or OneDrive. Field and remote work: A mix of client visits and remote support—no monotony. Documentation: You record what you've resolved so colleagues understand it—and so you remember it six months later. Learning on the job: Experienced colleagues share their know-how, which you actively absorb. Here, not knowing isn't shameful—not asking is. What you absolutely need: Interest in IT and the drive to develop in this field—that's the foundation for everything else.
