What will you do with us?
Independent and diverse work: You'll have a varied mix of fieldwork and remote work – no monotony.
Customer communication: You'll be in daily contact with customers in person and over the phone.
Technical support: You solve user requests, identify the root causes of problems, and see them through to completion.
Finding new solutions: You'll seek out suitable solutions for specific situations and problems.
Networks and servers: You'll participate in monitoring and configuring networks, servers, and related infrastructure.
System, hardware, and software management: You'll handle regular maintenance, updates, and replacement of equipment and software.
User training: You'll train new and existing users so they can work with technology confidently and comfortably.
Documentation: You'll maintain technical documentation that your colleagues can easily understand.
What do you need to have?
Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
General understanding of computer networks (IP addresses, routers, switches, VPN…).
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Azure is an advantage, not a requirement – we're happy to teach you.
