We are now recruiting at Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) in Region Jämtland Härjedalen two ST physicians. With us you will work with children, young people and their families in an operation characterized by commitment, collaboration and high competence. We meet patients with a broad spectrum of mental health issues and psychiatric conditions, such as neuropsychiatric disabilities, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm issues and other complex psychiatric conditions. As an ST physician with us, you are an important part of the clinic. 2 position(s). WORK DUTIES We offer ST training according to current objectives with an individual training plan and supervision by specialist physicians. You work together with several professions and have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the operation. With us, collaboration, commitment and good care are important parts of everyday work. You work closely with experienced specialist physicians and are part of interprofessional teams together with psychologists, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists and other professions. The work includes assessment, investigation, diagnostics, treatment and follow-up of children and young people with psychiatric conditions. The operation includes outpatient care, emergency services and inpatient care, which gives you the opportunity to develop expertise throughout the entire care chain and meet a wide variety of patients, conditions and treatment interventions. QUALIFICATIONS • We are looking for you who are a licensed physician and have completed AT or BT, or alternatively meet the National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements to begin ST service. • You have a genuine interest in child and adolescent psychiatry and want to work long-term with children, young people and their families. We value good collaboration skills, personal maturity and professional conduct. You enjoy teamwork and have the ability to create trusting relationships with patients, relatives and colleagues. • For this position, good knowledge of Swedish is required, corresponding to at least level C1. • Previous experience working in psychiatry, pediatric care or work with children and young people is a merit. ST Doctor at Odensala Health Center

Primary care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Division of Close Care together with the Ambulance Service, Public Dental Care, Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Primary care is organized into 4 close care areas and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under close care. Each close care area is an economic unit led by a head of operations. Primary care is also responsible for the region's medical advice service, youth clinic and the close care unit Näva, which are all funded by appropriations. Odensala Health Center is now seeking an ST Doctor! To enable us to provide good care to our patients, our district doctors have been given a reduced patient list of 1250 patients with deductions for any side assignments and part-time work, and the ST doctors' patient list has also been reduced – as a new starter you will begin with approximately 450 patients. We work on developing new ways of working within Close Care and specifically Extended Primary Care. Come and be part of this work with us! Our Health Center is located just south of the city center. It is a pleasant workplace that feels familiar despite its size, with approximately 12,000 registered patients and approximately 65 employees. We make use of each other's expertise and create good conditions for patients. District doctors, district nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing assistants and medical secretaries work here. We also have Child Health and Maternity Care (BVC/MVC) which is part of the Family Center Trädet, staffed with child nurses and midwives. The Health Center also has a psychosocial clinic with several psychologists. In addition, we have a rehabilitation coordinator who works in the team around the sick leave process. The Health Center has two engaged unit managers with shared leadership. We have a good learning environment with extensive experience in supervision for all professional groups. In a quality review of ST training, the following strengths were described, among other things: a wise and action-oriented ST doctor group, a supervisor group with many ideas on how structure can be created for competency assessment and feedback, and an extremely well-functioning study director function that has created the overall conditions needed for ST in general medicine to be conducted in the region. There is a program with several mandatory courses arranged locally. Job shadowing and specialist collegium are conducted at the health center. 2 position(s). WORK TASKS We are looking for you who want to become an ST Doctor in general medicine. With us, you will meet patients of all ages from child health care to elderly care, which gives you exciting diversity in your work. A combination of a dedicated study director, good ST training with focus on learning and continuing education, together with a pleasant workplace with nice colleagues, will give you a good start in your professional life. Regular supervision is included. You will also be involved in our work with Close Care, which includes more focused responsibility for our elderly and frail patients. Specialist Doctor in Oncology

The Oncology Clinic at the Regional Hospital in Östersund is responsible for oncological cancer treatment for residents of Jämtland and Härjedalen. We can provide almost all treatments on-site, but for treatments such as radiation therapy, we collaborate with Norrlands University Hospital in Umeå and Sundsvall Hospital. The clinic treats patients primarily from the surgery clinic. The most common diagnoses are breast cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, malignant melanoma, prostate cancer, and urinary tract cancer. We have high competence among our staff with nurses and nursing assistants, and we have both specialist-competent physicians and physicians in training. Oncology consultants from Umeå also visit regularly. We have a well-functioning system with contact nurses. We work closely with the palliative care unit for patients receiving palliative oncological treatment. The clinic also has a cancer rehabilitation team. The Surgery Division has the status of a university healthcare unit, and teaching, mentoring, and training of medical students at Umeå University are part of the position.
