Systems Specialist Mobile Systems

Job Responsibilities As a systems specialist in the Radio and Telephony unit, you'll be one of approximately 50 employees working with radio, mobile core, and operational telephony in various groups. This position has a primary focus on mobile communication solutions covering both access and core. We're a cohesive team of competent, helpful technicians and specialists, so you'll have excellent opportunities to develop. You'll have a creative and problem-solving role in third-level technical support, where you work with troubleshooting, fault resolution, and operational monitoring. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in system tests and system adaptations, and work with simulations in the lab. The work will also involve meetings with suppliers to help develop products. You may also be involved in investigations related to business development. As a specialist, you're expected to be proactive and driving in our operations and those of our users. We're just starting an exciting project where a new 5G network for the railway's future mobile communication, FRMCS (future railway mobile communication system), will be built. In addition to FRMCS, our core mission is to maintain our existing 2G and 4G systems. This position is based in Örebro, Gävle, Uppsala, or Borlänge. The role may involve some travel and on-call duty in the future. Based on your experience and qualifications, you'll receive introduction and internal training. Are You Our New Systems Technician for Cloud Services and Automation?
Now you have the opportunity to become one of our technicians in the team responsible for operations, maintenance, and development of Trafikverket's Windows environments, while we take steps toward more cloud-based and automated ways of working. Work Tasks You will be part of a skilled data center team that produces high-quality services within server, network, storage, and backup. You and your colleagues work with operations and management of the Windows server platform, but also with developing, improving, and automating ways of working. In this role, you contribute to our ambition to move toward modern platforms, cloud solutions, and automation where improvement work becomes an important part of the assignment. You will work with installation, configuration, hardening, troubleshooting, and remediation in our Windows environments. Systems Technician for AI and BI Platforms
Do you want to work with the technology that enables advanced analytics and AI in one of Sweden's largest IT environments? Responsibilities As a systems technician, you'll work with operations, maintenance, and further development of Trafikverket's platforms for business intelligence (BI), advanced analytics, and AI. The platforms include databases, integrations, access controls, and applications, and exist in both Windows and Linux environments as well as on our OpenShift container platform. You'll be part of a team where you collaborate closely with product owners, scrum masters, and others.
