Six customers with varying and extensive functional disabilities and need for individually tailored support live here. As a support assistant, you provide support based on each customer's individual needs and circumstances. The work includes, among other things, personal care, medication management, social activities, digital documentation, and contact with relatives and authorities. Several of our customers have a great need for structure, clarity, and predictability. Therefore, you need to work pedagogically and consistently and be able to adapt your approach based on the individual and situation. In the work, you may encounter challenging behaviors and complex situations, which requires you to stay calm, act professionally, and provide security even if the situation becomes intense. The group home is centrally located in Saltsjöbaden and there is parking available for those who drive to work. Is This You?
