About the role As a technical property manager/maintenance planner, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of housing cooperatives, including both HSB housing cooperatives and external clients. You will work closely with the cooperatives' boards and serve as their advisor on matters related to the technical management and long-term maintenance of their properties. A central part of the role is maintenance planning. You will analyze the technical needs of the properties, develop and refine long-term maintenance plans, and help the boards prioritize different measures. You will translate your building technical expertise into clear recommendations and decision-making documents that support the boards in both short- and long-term decisions. You will also be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying new needs, and proposing relevant services and solutions based on the cooperatives' circumstances. In this role, you may also lead smaller maintenance and renovation projects. Key responsibilities: Manage technical property administration for your own client portfolio. Develop and refine long-term maintenance plans and recommend priorities. Provide boards with building technical advice and decision-making documents. Develop client relationships and identify needs and business opportunities. Lead and participate in smaller maintenance and renovation projects. You will become part of an experienced team with expertise in technical management, project leadership, and maintenance planning, while independently managing your own clients and assignments. About you We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience working with housing cooperatives and a good understanding of how a housing cooperative functions, both technically and in collaboration with the board. You have solid experience in technical property management and maintenance planning. A driver's license is required for this position. You have relevant post-secondary education in property, construction, or equivalent, or equivalent competence from work experience. You have very good building technical knowledge, and experience with smaller property, maintenance, or renovation projects is a merit. In this role, you will meet boards with varying knowledge, needs, and perspectives. Therefore, you need to be able to explain technical matters in a clear and pedagogical way, listen to different perspectives, and at the same time stand by your professional judgment. You work in a structured and independent manner and enjoy building long-term client relationships. About the roleAs a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial management and development of assigned properties. This is a broad role where you will play a key part in continuing to develop Nāst as a destination. You will work both strategically and operatively to create long-term value, develop tenant relationships, and drive new business opportunities. You are responsible for the economics and lease agreements of your properties. You will work with existing customers, our coworking space, and proactive leasing. Your Assignment As a renovation coordinator, you have an important role in our building and maintenance projects. You are responsible for the tenant process and serve as the link between tenants, building project managers and area managers.
