Focus is on streamlining processes, strengthening data-driven decision-making, and developing support for both customers and resellers. You contribute by identifying opportunities, driving initiatives, and working with external partners to realize these. Who Are You? You are a confident, pragmatic, and business-oriented IT leader who thrives in an environment where structure and development go hand in hand. You have the ability to switch between strategy and operational work, build trust in the organization, and convert technology into business value. Education and Experience You have relevant education or equivalent experience and at least five years of experience in IT management in an operational context. You have worked broadly within IT, preferably with both infrastructure and system development, and have experience in vendor management and change management.
