As a teacher, you shall, based on the goals that are formulated, work to ensure that students receive the best possible development, both in terms of knowledge and socially, and actively influence and encourage students to achieve the goals. Furthermore, the student shall be given teaching that, based on your interpretation and understanding, meets the requirements in school law, curriculum, and course plan. You shall be subject-competent and guide students within your subject area. In addition, you shall plan and lead instruction as well as assess and grade knowledge development. Your responsibilities include documenting according to the school's procedures. You work as part of a team with teachers, student support services, and school management. As a teacher at Dackeskolan, you also have business contacts in connection with APL (work-based learning), you are responsible for arranging positions at companies where students conduct part of their education, and you follow up and assess student knowledge. You actively participate in the school's development and work within the upper secondary school's operational area. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with basic vocational training within the goldsmith field, either at secondary or higher education level. We also accept apprenticeship training or other training from the goldsmith industry. We desire that you have knowledge within casting, jewelry setting, reworking, jewelry design, and repairs in addition to basic goldsmith skills. We also consider it meritorious if you have experience with CAD such as TinkerCAD or other programs. A B-class driver's license is meritorious. Work-related experience should be several years and broad within the profession. Teacher certification or supplementary training in pedagogy 90 credits is desirable.
