We welcome customers through both bookings and walk-ins, in a pleasant and professional environment. Here you can focus on what you do best — cutting — while scheduling and administrative work run smoothly. About the Role As a barber with us, you're responsible for your own chair: haircuts, fades, beard and shaving care, and delivering a first-class experience to every customer that keeps them coming back. You'll be a key person in the salon with great freedom to build your own customer base. We Offer Guaranteed salary + 30% commission on your own sales (excl. VAT) — you receive whichever is higher. High earning potential: With a full booking schedule, you can earn 30,000–35,000+ kr/month A warm chair already in place — you don't need to build a customer base from scratch. Paid vacation Full-time, 40 h/week, scheduled during the salon's busiest times. An independent job in a safe and pleasant salon. We're Looking for You Are an experienced barber with at least 2 years of experience in haircuts, fades, beard and shaving care. Have an eye for detail and maintain high, consistent quality. Are self-driven, reliable, and punctual — you can run your chair independently. Have professional and friendly customer service skills and enjoy building long-term customer relationships.
