Skin Therapist – Customer Service & Order Processing

Skin Therapist as order and warehouse associate plus customer service Ellancé is a growing company that distributes professional skincare brands in Sweden and Norway. Our brand portfolio includes Dr Dennis Gross Skincare, Eminence Organics and other international skincare brands. Our customers are primarily skincare salons, spa facilities and aesthetic clinics. We are immediately seeking a meticulous, service-oriented and responsible team member for our office and warehouse in Siljansnäs. This is a varied role where you work with order processing, customer service and warehouse management. Some financial administration may also be included, depending on your previous experience and qualifications. You will be an important part of our team and have ongoing contact with both customers and colleagues. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys providing personal and professional service and who thrives combining administrative tasks with practical warehouse work. Your main responsibilities: Receive and register customer orders Answer questions from customers via phone and email Provide basic product information and service to our resellers Pick, check and pack orders Receive deliveries and inspect incoming goods Register goods received and report any discrepancies Warehouse organization, inventory and ongoing stock control Contribute to good organization and efficient procedures in the warehouse Possibly some invoicing and financial administration We are looking for someone who: Is meticulous, structured and organized Is service-oriented and has a professional and friendly customer approach Is genuinely interested in skincare and wants to learn more about it Enjoys both administrative and practical tasks Has good computer skills and can work in Microsoft Office Speaks Swedish and English fluently, both verbally and in writing Can work independently, take responsibility and use your own initiative Is flexible, solution-oriented and enjoys collaborating Can prioritize when the work pace is high It is a merit if you: Have experience in order processing, customer service or warehouse work Have training or experience in accounting and administration Have worked with invoicing, accounts receivable or warehouse accounting Are a trained skin therapist or have experience from the skincare and beauty industry Speak and write Norwegian, as we also work with customers in Norway We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
