About the role: You handle the entire detailing process—exterior and interior washing, upholstery and interior cleaning, polishing, paint care, paint protection, and finishing before photography and delivery. Photography opportunity: We invest heavily in presentation. In our photo studio, we use advanced camera equipment, 360-photo, video, and detail shots. If you're interested in photography and visual composition, there's an opportunity to learn photography and eventually work more broadly—combining detailing, photography, and vehicle presentation in close collaboration with sales and marketing. We're looking for someone with experience in professional detailing and polishing, thorough and responsible, self-motivated, able to work at a good pace without compromising quality, comfortable working with variety between cars, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles, with good Swedish language skills to understand instructions and safety procedures, curious and preferably interested in photography and vehicles. Advantageous: ceramic paint protection, motorcycle detailing, photography experience, film or other visual production. B-class driver's license. You must be fluent in Swedish in writing and speech. Job Description - Reconditioning Specialist. As a reconditioning specialist with us, you will perform most reconditioning tasks including exterior washing, polishing, paint protection, interior cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and more. You will work with both new vehicles ready for delivery to customers as well as used vehicles that need a refresh. You will work quite independently, so you need to be organized, orderly, and have an eye for detail and quality, as well as be able to handle stress during periods of high pressure. You should not be afraid of physical work. In addition to the tools and machines we use, you will also utilize our wash hall where we can wash both by hand and with machines.
