PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced and independent colleague for the position of Project Manager in our team at DMHERMES GROUP, a food holding company. You will oversee key projects across the company. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing projects related to the development of our own brand product portfolio • Leading and coordinating internal projects across the company • Responsibility for establishing and developing project management methodology • Oversight of project process compliance and continuous improvement • Coordination of project teams and communication with internal stakeholders • Control of deadline compliance, budgets and quality of outputs What we expect from you: • Experience with project management (preferably in manufacturing or FMCG) • Ability to independently manage projects from assignment to implementation • Strong organizational and communication skills • Analytical thinking and results orientation • Knowledge of project methodologies is an advantage (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2, etc.) • User knowledge of MS Office What we offer: • Full-time employment • Gross salary 40,000 - 50,000 CZK depending on experience gained • A responsible and key role in the company's development • Opportunity to influence the functioning of project management in the company • Stable foundation of a dynamically growing holding • Appropriate financial remuneration Start date possible by agreement Place of work: Krnov If you are interested in cooperation, send us your professional CV to [email protected]. We are introducing a new position of Electro-Locksmith in our company. We need our new colleague to have basic locksmith skills and also to be capable of performing activities such as designing, manufacturing and repairing simple electrical equipment. We require a category B driver's license (up to 3.5 t). It is advantageous to have technical competence according to Regulation 50/1978 Coll., ability to perform basic operations on a lathe, milling machine and drill press, welding by TIG, MIG/MAG, MMA methods, operation of a forklift and basic knowledge of English communication. Ability to work in Solidworks, frequent collaboration with other team members. Occasional service and installation visits to our clients.
