We are looking for an experienced and independent colleague for the position of Project Manager in our team at DMHERMES GROUP, a food holding company. You will oversee key projects across the company. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing projects related to the development of our own brand product portfolio • Leading and coordinating internal projects across the company • Responsibility for establishing and developing project management methodology • Oversight of project process compliance and continuous improvement • Coordination of project teams and communication with internal stakeholders • Control of deadline compliance, budgets and quality of outputs What we expect from you: • Experience with project management (preferably in manufacturing or FMCG) • Ability to independently manage projects from assignment to implementation • Strong organizational and communication skills • Analytical thinking and results orientation • Knowledge of project methodologies is an advantage (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2, etc.) • User knowledge of MS Office What we offer: • Full-time employment • Gross salary 40,000 - 50,000 CZK depending on experience gained • A responsible and key role in the company's development • Opportunity to influence the functioning of project management in the company • Stable foundation of a dynamically growing holding • Appropriate financial remuneration Start date possible by agreement Place of work: Krnov If you are interested in cooperation, send us your professional CV to [email protected].
