About the assignment Our client is a 35-year-old woman living in Hanaskog who needs assistance around the clock, including overnight on-call duty. For certain activities and moments during the day, two assistants are sometimes needed. She is a social person who values closeness, enjoys meeting new people, swimming, taking walks, and spending time in nature. As an assistant, you will be her extended arm and support in all daily tasks. The job is located in Finja. Our client is a 30-year-old woman with autism, intellectual disability, epilepsy, and AD/HD. She communicates only through pictures. In her home, we work with low-affect guidance and careful structure to help her have a meaningful and functioning daily life. The work consists of supporting her in everyday life through various activities, routines, and household management. Our client is interested in swimming, playing iPad, cooking, baking, and going on outings or just taking a drive. She is active and has a fast pace, so it is important that you as an assistant are flexible and adaptable in order to make decisions and quickly adjust the day's schedule as needed. We are seeking two assistants for two positions at approximately 82 percent. One of the positions is a parental leave replacement. We are also seeking a substitute who can work as needed. The work follows a rotating schedule with day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. We have double staffing. The schedule includes both awake nights and on-call nights.
