About Viljan Nävertorp HVB Viljan Nävertorp HVB is a treatment home in Katrineholm for men and women aged 21–65 with substance abuse and mental health issues. The operation offers structured and individually adapted treatment. About the role as treatment pedagogue/social pedagogue We work with dedication in all aspects concerning our clients. The role as treatment pedagogue/social pedagogue involves planning, implementing, and following up on educational and treatment interventions based on the individual's needs, treatment planning, and mandate. The work is built on creating secure relationships, motivating change, and strengthening the individual's ability to be independent. It also includes documenting interventions and participating in planning meetings and development work. You serve as a support for the client, and together you develop strategies to achieve daily goals. Main responsibilities: Provide individual support in daily activities, social training, and skill development. Work based on implementation plans, treatment methods, and educational interventions. Conduct structured conversations, motivational interviews, and use other evidence-based methods. Write journals, implementation plans, risk assessments, and reports according to applicable guidelines. Collaborate with colleagues, social services, care neighbors, and family members. Create a stable, safe, and predictable environment; manage conflicts and set boundaries. Plan and implement activities that strengthen clients' social and personal development. Qualifications You are relationship-oriented and have a strong ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner, and you enjoy working with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see individuals' needs. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Requirements: Certified treatment pedagogue/social pedagogue with at least 400 YHP B driver's license Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
