Machine Operator - Production
About the Position We are now seeking an engaged and technically-minded machine operator for a production facility where you will take on significant responsibility for daily operations. You will work closely with production and be responsible for the entire process at your assigned production line. Work schedule: 2-shift. Is this for you? Don't hesitate to submit your application! As a machine operator, you are responsible for ensuring that the production line runs efficiently and that production maintains the correct quality. The work takes place primarily at a controlled and automated production line, although certain parts of the operation include manual tasks. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing and monitoring the production line. - Performing quality controls and ensuring that products meet the correct standards. - Performing basic troubleshooting and repairs. - Setting up and executing production runs. - Reporting and handling deviations. - Recording and documenting production-related information in the company's business system. - Contributing to a structured and efficient production workflow. - Actively working with continuous improvement of processes and work methods. Your Profile We would like you to have a few years of experience as a machine operator, preferably from process industry, chemical industry, or other technically-oriented industry. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have: - Secondary education with technical focus or equivalent current experience in technical work. - Previous experience working as a machine operator. - Experience working with business systems and registering production data. - Good technical understanding and interest in machinery and production. - Experience with quality controls and deviation management. - Knowledge of or experience with continuous improvement work. - Forklift certification. - Excellent knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written. Machine Operator
About the Position We are now looking for a detail-oriented and technically minded machine operator for a modern and automated production line. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring material supply, performing quality control checks on products, and actively maintaining order and organization in production. You will also perform basic technical maintenance on the machines and execute changeovers between different products. Start Date: As soon as possible or by agreement Working Hours: 2-shift schedule Assignment Length: 6 months with good potential for extension Your Profile We are looking for someone with previous experience as a machine operator or in an equivalent production role. You have good technical understanding and an interest in technology, and it is an advantage if you have worked on an automated production line. We place great importance on your personal qualities and see that you are responsible, organized, and communicative. You enjoy working independently while also being a team player who contributes to a positive work environment. The work can be physically demanding in certain aspects, which requires you to be in good physical condition. You have good computer skills, and since the workplace lacks public transportation, you need to have a valid driver's license and access to a car. A background in mechanical engineering is an advantage, as are a forklift certificate, experience with 5S and continuous improvement, and experience working with business systems.
