The assignment is to serve as a coordinator responsible for ANDTS and as a Personal Ombudsman. On our unit, we are eight coordinators who all have the task of supporting and cooperating with the region on social sustainability. We are responsible for the County Administrative Board's all assignments within crime prevention, men's violence against women, honor-related violence and oppression, children's rights, human rights, gender equality, integration, homelessness and ANDTS, i.e., preventive work against alcohol, drugs, doping, tobacco and gambling. Duties Work within ANDTS consists largely of leading networks and working groups with participants from authorities, municipalities, regions and civil society. The role involves close cooperation with other coordinators in the unit. The position includes substantial elements of project and process management as well as environmental monitoring within your areas of responsibility, and you will arrange competence-building and knowledge-enhancing initiatives with actors in the region as your target audience. The assignment regarding Personal Ombudsman constitutes a smaller part of your duties where you will manage government grants and maintain contacts with the region's steering group for Personal Ombudsman and to some extent with the region's municipalities and personal ombudsmen. You will respond to consultations from the Government Offices and other authorities, and develop, implement and follow up regional strategies and action plans. Work in this role is conducted largely independently. You will be the sole person in your assignments at Länsstyrelsen Blekinge, but you will be part of one or more County Administrative Board-wide networks with the same assignments. In these networks, close cooperation and collaboration take place between the regions. The content of the employment may change depending on what assignments are given to the Unit for Social Sustainability. Qualifications You should have University or college education in public health, behavioral science or social science. Other qualifications may be relevant in combination with work experience that the employer deems equivalent Experience in project or process management Experience leading or participating in multi-agency cooperation Class B driver's license It is meritorious if you have Education in leadership, project or process management Worked on ANDTS issues in state or municipal government As a person, you are clear, attentive and have high integrity. We are one manager and eight employees who serve as coordinators for various issues within the social area. Together, we are responsible for all assignments that the county administrative boards have in crime prevention, violence against women, honor-related violence and oppression, children's rights, human rights, integration, gender equality, ANDTS, homelessness, and more. Work Tasks As an alcohol and tobacco officer, you are responsible for the county administrative board's supervision of municipalities' handling in accordance with the Alcohol Act, the Act on Tobacco and Similar Products, and the Act on Tobacco-Free Nicotine Products. You are responsible for ongoing review of municipal decisions and also conduct in-depth supervision. At the same time, you will support the municipalities' officers and have close cooperation with them. You plan and conduct officer meetings for municipal officers and arrange competence-building initiatives. Within alcohol and tobacco supervision, Länsstyrelsen Blekinge has well-developed cooperation with neighboring counties, and you will work closely with officers at primarily Kronobergs and Kalmars county administrative boards. You will also be part of the county administrative boards' national network and will receive a mentor from that network when you take office. You will present cases in decisions and also present matters to the county leadership and are responsible for handling referrals. Qualified Emergency Management Coordinator
The County Administrative Board of Skåne is a state authority at the regional level responsible for state administration in the county. We work to ensure that national goals are implemented in the county based on regional conditions. Within our assignments, we work with advisory services, permits and supervision, plans and strategies. We manage natural areas and distribute financial support. We collaborate with stakeholders throughout the county. We have approximately 600 employees and offices in Malmö and Kristianstad. Description The Government has decided that Sweden shall be divided into six larger geographical areas for civil leadership and coordination, civil areas. In six counties, there are county administrative boards responsible for civil areas. The Governor in these counties is the civil area manager for their respective civil area. The County Administrative Board of Skåne is the responsible county administrative board with the assignment to lead and coordinate the southern civil area consisting of Skåne, Kronoberg, and Blekinge counties. Each county will continue to have responsibility for planning within the county. The Governor of Skåne County, in the capacity of civil area manager, shall lead the civil area's work and has an emergency management office based in Malmö to support this work. The Civil Area Office is seeking a qualified emergency management coordinator. The employment is permanent with a six-month probationary period. Start date as soon as possible by agreement.
