Experienced CNC Operator for HAAS Multi-Task Machines Wanted!

About the position Are you the CNC operator who appreciates precision, responsibility, and really great machines? Ikett Personalpartner is now seeking an experienced CNC operator with strong knowledge of programming and operating HAAS multi-task machines. We're looking for someone who doesn't just press Start – but someone who understands the process, can program, optimize, and set up the machine to produce high-quality parts. As a CNC operator, you will work with, among other things: - Programming and adjusting CNC programs in HAAS multi-task machines - Setting up, configuring, and running machines - Tool changes and tool corrections - Measuring and inspecting parts against drawings - Optimizing machining and cycle times - Troubleshooting and making adjustments as needed You'll be an important part of production where precision, problem-solving, and professional pride are central. Work is daytime, but may shift to shift work in the future. Start date is negotiable. Your profile We would like you to have the following: - Several years of experience as a CNC operator - Experience with HAAS multi-task machines - Can program and make changes directly in the machine - Are accustomed to reading and understanding drawings - Have good understanding of cutting machining and tools - Can work independently from drawing to finished part - Are thorough, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious - Enjoy taking responsibility and making things work Meritorious qualifications include experience with CAM programming, measurement techniques, and working with multi-task machines in advanced production.
