As a team lead at Securitas, you'll be a key figure in making daily operations run smoothly. Right now we're looking for a team lead for our Karlshamn office on a night 5/2 schedule. Fundamentally you work as a security officer, but your task is also to ensure that your team has the right conditions to perform daily work in the best possible way. This means your work role will be both dynamic and demanding as you'll have both administrative and practical work tasks. Requirements You are a trained security officer with at least VU2 certification Have professional experience from the security industry Experience with team leadership Good knowledge of the geographical work area that the position covers Have good grades in Swedish from upper secondary school Have good knowledge of English Category B driver's license Meritorious if you have worked with similar tasks previously Experience with our support systems (e.g. Tools, GSP) We place great emphasis on your personal suitability for a leadership position.
