Cura Individutveckling is a municipal federation with the region's municipalities as members. Our mission is to operate services where municipalities see advantages in coordinated efforts. We offer, among other things, care, support, and treatment services for children, adolescents, and families. In the areas of autism and Asperger's syndrome, we offer upper secondary education with residential accommodations as well as group homes and day programs. Our main operations are: • Klaragymnasiet school and residential facility for adolescents with Asperger's syndrome/high-functioning autism • Notavillan children and family unit for children 0 to 18 years old. • Sjöarp group home, residential and day program for individuals with autism diagnoses at various developmental levels. • Villa Mjällby Youth Unit, a home for care and residential placement (HVB) for adolescents with psychosocial challenges 10 position(s). The number of positions varies JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Our operations are in constant need of staff who can quickly step in and work, for example when regular staff are on leave or training. We are looking for someone with a respectful and warm approach to people. As part of Cura Individutveckling, you want to help create a safe and well-functioning environment for our clients, students, adolescents, children, and families. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with previous experience working with people in care, education, or social services. You must have completed upper secondary school. It is advantageous if you have completed or are studying a relevant post-secondary education. You have a calm and stable approach and a good ability to work independently. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You must have a Class B driver's license (manual transmission) and a clean criminal record clearance from the police. Salary form: Hourly wage.
