Participate in facility maintenance, building interior and exterior repair processes, installation of inventory, furniture and other goods, performance of minor room and equipment repairs, movement of inventory. Sports field preparation before and after games. Preparation of necessary equipment according to department manager's instructions. Perform technical maintenance work in Center-owned facilities including leaf removal, snow clearing, waste collection from access areas, grass mowing and other simple seasonal maintenance tasks. Use complex and hazardous equipment (lawn mowers, high-pressure water cleaning devices, etc.) within your competence, perform maintenance and provide recommendations to the department manager regarding repair work. Ability to independently determine work priorities. REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Desirable secondary specialized (technical) education; Skill in working with machinery and electrical equipment; Ability to work in a team, discipline, accuracy and sense of responsibility, willingness to enhance professional qualifications; Work experience performing similar duties desirable for at least 2 years; Perform all maintenance repair work in all institution-managed facilities within your competence.
