The Coordinator Role Your work tasks will consist of running your own outpatient practice and treating patients with psychosocial issues. You will assess, investigate, and treat adult patients with mild to moderate mental health challenges, in accordance with the Region's guidelines for psychosocial work in primary care. You will have individual responsibility for making assessments and conducting support conversations or other treatment interventions. We prioritize early intervention and high accessibility, which means you will primarily work with shorter treatment contacts. Your work tasks will evolve as primary care's mission changes and develops. This is a 50% temporary position for 6 months, with good prospects for extension. Your Workplace Smålandsstenar Health Center is part of primary care and belongs to Bra Liv health centers, which are operated by Region Jönköping. The health center also has a branch in the community of Reftele, approximately one mile from Smålandsstenar. Together we have over 11,000 registered patients and approximately 35 employees. Your Profile We are looking for you with an approved social work degree or equivalent education. While not required, it is advantageous if you are a licensed healthcare coordinator, have CBT competency level 1/IPT level 1, or have experience in primary care.
