Your Tasks Ski school and activities are a central part of our guests' overall experience with us. As a supervisor, it is therefore important that you have a clear understanding of what good service means and can coach your team members in the right direction. Inspiring and training employees is one of your primary responsibilities. Selection of work tasks: Planning, follow-up, and development of operations and their goals. Inspire, engage, develop, and train team members in the department. Plan and conduct training sessions and communicate procedures and work methods in the department. Ensure that daily operations function according to established goals regarding procedures, workflows, efficiency, and service. Schedule planning and staffing. Alternate between administrative work and being out in operations. The position includes weekend work every other week. Your Tasks As a ski/snowboard instructor at Kungsberget, you will become part of a dedicated and cohesive team. You will work with both children and adults, through both group lessons and private lessons. This is a challenging and developmental role that places high demands on your own skiing skills and your ability to teach others. Above all, it is a rewarding and fun position where you get the chance to meet many new people. Don't have ski instructor certification? If you are the right person for us, we will help you and cover parts of the training costs. As an employee with us, it is important that you have the opportunity to work primarily on weekends and during the major school breaks. If you are interested, there is also the possibility to work with our activities for children and families who visit us. Your Responsibilities As a ski/snowboard instructor and activity leader at Kungsberget, you'll become part of an engaged and dedicated team. You'll work with both children and adults through group lessons and private lessons. This is a challenging and developmental role that demands high standards of your own skiing and your ability to teach others. You'll plan and conduct activities for our guests of all ages, organize children's après-ski, the Björnbusecupen competition, and snowracer evenings. Last but not least, you'll have the great honor of acting as our mascots Björnbusen and Björnbusan. The mascots play and fool around with children throughout the facility every day and are incredibly popular. Don't have ski instructor certification?
