Your Tasks As a server/waitstaff, you will work primarily afternoon/evening shifts at Fröken Filipsson - a restaurant with 350 seats. In addition to serving, you will take on standard restaurant duties such as dishwashing and table setting. Our goal is always to exceed our guests' expectations, and you will play an important role as our face to the customer. You are comfortable with Swedish or English. Meritorious Driver's license and access to a car. You are comfortable with both Swedish and English in speech and writing. Your Tasks As a restaurant manager for our restaurants, you will be part of a restaurant group consisting of several managers and head chefs, who together operate the restaurants and contribute development suggestions. Your responsibilities include scheduling, staffing, team leadership and coaching of service staff. You work in operations with guest-facing service. You will also follow guidelines and work procedures in line with budget and develop work around this. Beyond the above, you provide excellent service to all our guests and ensure that we have clean and welcoming restaurants.
