About the position In connection with one of our two operations planners retiring, we are seeking you to contribute to ensuring that people receive the right support and housing based on their needs. As an operations planner, you play an important role in housing planning, matching, and cost-conscious resource utilization. We are in an exciting development phase where more people, with the right support, are given the opportunity for increased independence. This contributes to higher quality of life for the individual and sustainable use of the municipality's resources. As an operations planner in Support Services and Prevention, you, together with a colleague, play a central role in housing planning, implementation, and the municipality's support chain. You collaborate with managers, support officers, operations planners, and other internal and external stakeholders. You are also responsible for coordinating and driving development and quality initiatives within authority functions and contribute to increased quality, legal certainty, and consistency in case handling. The Support Services and Prevention area is part of the Social Services Administration in Huddinge Municipality. The area is responsible for authority functions under the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities (LSS), as well as preventive work. With us, you receive a varied and developmental assignment where you alternate between planning, development, and operational implementation. You become an important part of the work to create sustainable support and housing solutions for persons with disabilities. Your assignment includes: - Coordinating and matching users to available positions based on individual needs, quality, and cost-effectiveness within LSS and SoL - Finding and coordinating external placements when internal alternatives are unavailable - Establishing and following up agreements and collaborating with the procurement unit regarding placement solutions - Conducting intervention assessments and following up external providers - Providing statistics and decision-making materials for future planning - Participating in procurements, development, and improvement work with a focus on a well-functioning support chain and efficient resource utilization - Administrative tasks related to planning, review, follow-up, and documentation to ensure a well-functioning flow and good coordination - Supporting authority units in development and quality work and coordinating initiatives to strengthen quality, legal certainty, and consistent working methods Who are you?
