About the Position The unit is located in central Huddinge, near the commuter train station and bus stop. In the group home, six persons with varying disabilities live. We offer service users individually tailored support in all daily activities, which may include support with personal care, household tasks, and support in social interaction. Work with service users is guided by individual implementation plans and accompanying method sheets. We collaborate closely with the user's network based on their wishes and goals. We work with great respect for the user's integrity and see the user as an active participant in shaping the support. Work is planned, documented, and carefully followed up; as a support assistant, it is therefore very important that you document very well. We are seeking a support assistant at 100%, permanent employment, working on a rotating schedule that includes day, evening, and weekend work. Service users may participate during recruitment. Placement of the position occurs by agreement. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for you who have education in the field, such as nursing assistant training, GPU/PPU, or equivalent education. Experience working with persons with autism and persons with disabilities, as well as experience working with clarifying pedagogy and digitalization is a requirement. You have computer skills as we document in the Life Care documentation system and you must have very good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing. About the workplace Housing support spans the entire municipality and we are therefore organized into four different area groups throughout Huddinge - Vårby/Masmo, Skogås/Trångsund, Flemingsberg/Visättra, and Other Huddinge. Staff work from their main work area but also cover other areas as needed. Work in the different area groups is conducted closely to offer users the most qualitative support possible. Daily planning is done in consultation between supervisors and employees, with great opportunities for participation and influence. Services operate Monday-Sunday and support should be available between 07-22. Most work shifts are currently scheduled within the 10-20 timeframe. Weekend duty occurs. About you Required qualifications: We are seeking someone with relevant upper secondary education in either healthcare and care or with a pedagogical focus. You must have at least one year of experience with the target group of high-functioning autism and/or within social psychiatry. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. You have good technical skills in computer and mobile use and good knowledge of social documentation in work with implementation plans and record-keeping. Meritorious: You need to be skilled at building relationships and have a responsive and compliant approach. You have good pedagogical abilities and can work in a motivating manner.
