About the Maintenance Technician Role As a maintenance technician at Finja Betong, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring operations and preventing production stops. You'll work on troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, and maintaining machines and production equipment. Examples of Work Tasks: Preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and production equipment Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and hydraulic systems Repair welding with gas and stick welding Servicing and maintenance of production equipment Documentation of completed work in the company's systems Participation in improvement work to increase operational reliability Who Are We Looking For?
