JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Security Specialist in Risk and Vulnerability Analysis (RSA) and Business Continuity Management at Skånetrafiken, you are responsible for driving and developing work within this subject area. This involves analyzing operations, presenting proposals for measures and improvements, and following up on these. The assignment also includes developing and maintaining work procedures. The work takes place in close collaboration with the unit's security coordinators. On behalf of the Head of the Security and Preparedness unit, you will be responsible for overarching work with Skånetrafiken's risk and vulnerability analyses and for developing overarching procedures and business continuity plans for Skånetrafiken's operations. Furthermore, the role will involve establishing administrative procedures and regulations and serving as the primary handler for the function's various other matters. The work will be conducted in close collaboration with other competencies within the unit, and as a security specialist here you work closely with security specialists in the same area at other operations within Region Scania. The position also includes, within this subject area: · Responsible for and coordinate Skånetrafiken's RSA work and provide guidance and support to Skånetrafiken's operations in the continuous work required · Contribute specialized expertise and requirements · Coordinate, support, and follow up Skånetrafiken's work with business continuity plans · Develop, implement, and maintain governing and supporting documents, and monitor industry developments and disseminate knowledge throughout the organization · In close collaboration with other operations and similar stakeholders, develop and coordinate processes at interfaces · Develop and maintain information for the area on the intranet · Participate in planning and coordinating relevant training · Procure and lead consultant support as needed · Represent Skånetrafiken in collaboration forums regarding RSA and business continuity with external authorities and organizations · Serve as the administration's contact person for RSA and business continuity matters. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome applicants with higher education, or equivalent, in crisis preparedness, civil defense, or other education and experience that we deem equivalent (for example, political science, officer training, preparedness training). You have strong skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, and substantial experience from large and complex organizations. Additionally, you have documented expertise in crisis preparedness, civil defense, and planning and conducting risk and vulnerability analyses and business continuity management according to current models (for example, FORSA). Desirable competencies: - Education in societal crisis preparedness - Good knowledge of current and upcoming legislation related to the area, such as the Act on Extraordinary Events and the Act on Municipalities' and Regions' Basic Preparedness for Crisis and War - Experience with security work in public sector operations. You are structured and experienced in working with governance and regulations. Furthermore, you are communicative and pedagogical in dialogue with various stakeholders, independent in delivery, and collaborate well.
