About the Work You will support her with: • Personal care • Tracheostomy care and respiratory support • Communication and reassuring presence in the home • Daily activities, routines, and moments of joy – often accompanied by music The most important thing is that you have a calm and reassuring manner, are present, and are comfortable working closely with another person. Our client is interested in swimming, playing iPad, cooking, baking, and going on outings or just taking a drive in the car. She is active and maintains a fast pace, so it is important that you as an assistant are flexible and adaptable to make decisions and quickly adjust the day's schedule. We are seeking two assistants for two positions at approximately 82 percent. One of the positions is a parental leave substitute role. We are also seeking a substitute who can work as needed. The work follows a rotating schedule with day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. We have double staffing. The schedule includes both night shifts awake and night shifts on call.
