Hallstahem is facing an exciting development journey, which requires curious, engaged and change-oriented leadership. You are motivated by driving development, creating participation and at the same time building clear and effective structures that contribute to the company's long-term success with the customer in focus.
To succeed in the role we believe that:
You are a confident leader who believes that results are achieved by supporting and helping each other in daily work.
As a leader, you coach and inspire employees to develop (previous experience with management group work is a merit but not a requirement).
You have experience from the real estate industry, rental law and financial responsibility.
You have a talent for creating structure and efficient processes.
You have relevant education, but your practical experience and industry knowledge are most important.
You have the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing and to act in media contexts.
You share and act as a good ambassador for our three core values: collaboration, commitment and security.
