Serigmo care is a care organization that provides services in residential care (HVB), short-term housing, supported housing, and transitional apartments for adults with various forms of substance abuse and addiction issues. Many of our clients also have some form of neurodevelopmental variation or mental health challenges. We also work with changing criminal thought patterns and behaviors. Our operations are geographically located in Mälardalen, Västra Götaland, and Skåne. Through our different operational areas, we aim to offer individually tailored comprehensive solutions to achieve and establish a drug-free lifestyle, secure housing, meaningful employment, and leisure activities. Serigmo Care Mälardalens Behandlingscentrum is a licensed facility with 21 places for adult men and women aged 18-65 with substance abuse and addiction issues. Many of our clients also need to work with criminal thought patterns and behaviors. We are looking for someone who is a Treatment Pedagogue, Social Pedagogue, or has other appropriate qualifications. It is also desirable that you have experience in treatment work and one or more advanced certifications such as ÅP, MI, CRA, KSL, or other relevant training/courses. You are well versed in an approach based on CBT, which is the method we apply. You place the client in focus and have a low-affect approach. Main responsibilities: · Drug and alcohol testing · Documentation in accordance with applicable legislation and organizational guidelines · Contact with commissioning parties · Medication administration following delegation from nursing staff Working hours are flexible.
