We need everyone here. About the Job We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Habo Kärnekulla! In short, this role means you contribute to helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. Position Details: Permanent employment at 6 hours per week, probationary period applies Start Date: By agreement Working Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (speaking and writing). Here's more about the role: Together with your colleagues, you manage the varying daily operations in the grocery section, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You may also work with picking, packing, and delivery of e-commerce products. You meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it. After a while, you will also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
