About the job We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Värmdö Köpcentrum! The position basically means that you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices. The position involves: Permanent full-time employment. Probation period applies. Start date: By agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). You need to have previous experience in leadership roles, preferably in retail. Here's more about the position: You are part of the store's management team, with the store manager as your direct supervisor, and you lead and plan the activities of the fresh groceries team. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures. You also participate in developing and following up on the store's business plan. You have personnel responsibility for the members of your team and are thus responsible for recruitment, scheduling, and introduction, among other things. You lead, motivate, and develop your team and contribute to your employees developing and performing to their full potential. You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, finesse, and a big smile.
