What You Bring A degree in mechanical engineering from a university or higher technical education institution, or another relevant technical field, or equivalent experience. Experience from technical work in product development, service, maintenance, technical support, or similar operations. Strong ability to create structure and drive activities forward in collaboration with others. Strong collaboration skills and a genuine interest in developing people and teams. Good communication skills and the ability to build trust across many different contact points. Ability to balance short-term operational needs with long-term improvement initiatives. A solution-oriented approach and a strong focus on quality and long-term sustainable results. Previous experience in personnel management is a merit. The R&D TURBINE department is growing and consequently we are expanding from five to six groups.
